How much food is lost during primary production, and how can we measure these losses more effectively?
Measuring food loss is an important step towards understanding its causes and identifying ways to prevent it. However, measurement approaches can differ depending on the food commodity and the specific challenges encountered during production.
As part of the FOLOU project, two webinars will explore practical approaches to measuring food loss in primary production, covering different food commodities. Each webinar focuses on a specific group of commodities, and participants are welcome to register for either one or both sessions, depending on their interests.
