The Global Bioeconomy Summit 2026 will take place from 19 to 22 October 2026 in Dublin, Ireland. As part of the summit, WASTEWISE and FOLOU will host an interactive workshop on 20 October from 16:00 to 17:30.
The workshop will explore the barriers and opportunities for turning food processing waste into valuable products, ingredients, materials and energy. Participants will discuss how food waste streams can be better valorised and how innovation can contribute to a more circular bioeconomy.
The workshop will take place at The CCD in Dublin.
