On Friday 08/12, the European Commission organised a side event at the Conference of Parties #cop28 in Dubai on the topic of food loss and waste.
In her answer to the question about the roadmap of the EU for the coming years to address food loss and the unharvested flows left in the field, Anne-Laure Gassin (DG Health & Food Safety) also referred to the FOLOU project results to have a better understanding on this topic.
