Fundació Espigoladors, as leaders of the WP4, had the pleasure to participate in the Retaste, “Rethink food resources, losses, and waste” 2023 in Athens.
They presented the advances on the food loss definitional framework and the common methodology for food loss quantification in Europe. Assistants to the conference showed a lot of interest on the joint work of FOLOU and approached Fundació Espigoladors, for very enriching conversations and contributions.
