FOLOU Project Thrives in Università Politecnica delle Marche’s General Meeting

29/01/2024

Last week, the collaborative efforts of the FOLOU project partners (funded by the EU) culminated in a two-day general meeting hosted at the Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM) in Ancona, Italy, specifically at the Faculty of Engineering (DIISM – UNIVPM).

The initial day was marked by a vibrant exchange as partners gathered at the university. Each work package delivered compelling presentations, shedding light on their ongoing projects and fostering a deeper understanding among the partners.

The second day unfolded with immersive field trips. In the morning, partners visited the Pasquale Rosati Farm, engaging in a firsthand exploration of the agricultural experimental site and witnessing captivating drones. The journey continued to Selva di Gallignano, an ecological agricultural site, where insights into the biodiversity seed bank were shared. The afternoon session featured lab visits to the Microscopy and Aquarium Lab, offering a hands-on experience and further enriching the collaborative atmosphere

A heartfelt thank you goes to Università Politecnica delle Marche, with special appreciation for Isabella Georgiou, for their warm welcome and dedicated efforts in orchestrating this event. Gratitude is also extended to all project partners for their invaluable contributions, which played a pivotal role in making this meeting both successful and enjoyable.
